Terms and Conditions
By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
- We offer residential cleaning services as outlined in the booking confirmation or service agreement. Any additional services not listed must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
2. Bookings and Scheduling
- Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online.
- Appointments are subject to availability.
- The Client must provide accurate access information and ensure someone is available to grant access if necessary.
- A minimum service time may apply (e.g., 2 hours).
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted based on the size and condition of the property and required services.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept [cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card].
- Late payments may incur a fee of [$25] after 7 days of the invoice/job being completed.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance.
- No-shows or lockouts will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sensitive items prior to cleaning.
- Notify us in advance of any hazards, pets, or special cleaning requirements.
6. Liability
- We are insured for public liability and damage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
- We will not be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or incorrect information provided by the Client.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties present during the service.
7. Damage or Breakage
- Accidents can happen. If something is damaged, we will inform you immediately.
- We will repair or replace the item if we are at fault, up to the value of our insurance policy.
8. Health and Safety
- We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a property poses a health or safety risk to our staff.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice of [7/14] days. Any outstanding payments will become due immediately upon termination.
10. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Photography and Media Use
- As part of our services, we may take photos or videos showcasing our work for promotional purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, or in other marking materials. We respect your privacy- if you prefer that we do not photograph or share media of your space, please let us know in advance of your scheduled service.
