The Garage Deep Clean: What's Included and Why It's Worth It
Be honest — when's the last time you opened your garage door and felt good about it? Summer gets a pass. Pool floats, bikes, the cooler that's still filled with Surfsides. But the leaves are turning, the holidays are coming, and that garage has quietly become the place things go to be forgotten.
That's what a garage deep clean is for. It's one of our most "wait, you do that?" services — and one of the most satisfying.

What’s Included
We pull everything out into the driveway (so we do need a dry day to do it). We clear and sort so we can see the floors and reach the shelving. We scrub the floor itself — oil stains, salt residue, a year’s worth of grime. We wipe down shelving, workbenches, storage units — everything in the garage. We clear cobwebs from every corner, ceiling line, and wall. We clean light fixtures inside and out, switch plates, door frames, windows, and blinds if you’ve got them. Then we toss the garbage, donate what you don’t want, and put everything you’re keeping back where it belongs.
Basically, it’s the deep clean you’d give the rest of your house, finally applied to the room nobody thinks to clean.
Why It’s Worth It
Your garage isn’t just storage — it’s the room your family walks through every day. A cluttered one slows you down and makes the whole house feel a little more chaotic by association. There’s a practical side too: oil and salt eat into concrete over time, and dust on stored items has a way of following you right back inside.
Fall’s the right time for it. The holiday boxes are about to come out, the patio stuff is swapping places with winter gear, and you’re about to be in that space a lot more. May as well start the season with it working for you instead of against you.
If your garage has become the room you avoid opening in front of guests, that’s the sign. Reach out — we’ll take it from there.
